Our mango cake is made; from real mango puree combined with; super soft vanilla chiffon layers. This cake is; made with vanilla chiffon cake, mango mousse, and real mango chunks. It is decorated with white cream masking, and cream piping fresh fruits including strawberries, peach, and kiwis.
